About Our Project

The purpose of the project was to teach us about the basics of planting. More of planting vegetables in general. Our specific Brassica Olercea, was the collard greens, in the same vegetable group as cabbage, broccoli, and kale. These vegetables look very leafy and green, with the exception of one. These are grown mostly in Brazil, Portugal, and the southern United States.We where given this flower to see if we can see the effects of salt on the plants.
